Nature Beats
"I felt like I had a new life in my body. I was happy for the rest of the day. I looked at myself and thought that this isn't the guy who was lying in bed all day. I felt like I was somebody else. It made me smile and I don't smile that easily." - Liam
Nature Beats is about making music in nature and inspired by nature. It is an opportunity to immerse yourself in nature, away from the daily stresses and pressures and discover what it brings. Apart from activities that help you refocus your life by getting to know yourself better, the experiential project aims at building skills and confidence to take the next step in employability or further education / training that you choose to do. The entire journey is recorded through sound, music and soundscapes.

We deliver workshops on music making, bushcraft, survival skills, employability skills (writing a CV, interviews and applications), volunteering and more.
Nature Beats runs with cohorts of 8-10 young people, 1 day a week, over 6 weeks and delivers bushcraft and survival skills, life skills and employability skills.
